I have already written a blogpost about what inspiration means to me. In this post I’d like to explain why I don’t only want to inspire people, but inspire them to inspire others. And this is what all of my blogposts are about, to start a flow of inspiration and insights which continues on and on.

The definition of ‘to inspire somebody’ according to the dictionary is:

“Fill someone with the urge or ability to do something, especially to do something creative”

While inspiring a person to do something creative is great, I believe that having them inspire another person in their own creative way is even greater. Imagine if 5 people read this blogpost and are inspired to inspire their friends who are then inspired to inspire their friends and so on. Soon we’d have a fully inspired planet!

Inspiring is easy and it doesn’t always take long. If you have a great idea, it may be a business or something very simple, then do it. Or talk to someone about it, but take action. Ideas won’t happen until you take action and make them reality.

So with this post I’d like to ask you to do just one thing to inspire just one other person. You may write a blogpost, send a message or just tell someone something inspiring, or anything else, in your own creative way. Everyone has the capability of inspiring, one must only take action for it to happen.

If you would like to inspire others, but you don’t know where to start, I invite you to write a guest post for my blog, whether you’re a blogger or not. Just email me at journeys@ulawyss.com :)

Be the inspiration you seek to be.
