1st Step to thinking positively

I realised that I keep telling you that it’s important to think positively and see the good things in life. However, I don’t think I’ve ever told exactly HOW to do it or WHAT to do.

So, today, I’m going to give you a very easy idea of the 1st step you can take. It literally takes 5 min and it can be a lot of fun :)

Okay, so, first, take a post it. Then take a felt tip or colourful pen and write a positive affirmation in big letters so that it is easily readable. Then, stick it on your mirror or door or fridge or anywhere you look every day. I even have some on my laptop and on my wall next to my bed. If you don’t know what to write, here are a couple of ideas:

  • I love myself
  • I love life
  • I am happy
  • See the positive
  • Have fun
Any post its with nice messages or affirmations are great :)

These post its will make you smile and think something nice, it is an especially great way to start the day!¬†I didthis myself a couple of days ago and found that it really does remind me to think positively and to smile. Now I don’t even need to read my post its because just looking at them reminds me to think good stuff. And this has reflected in my self image. I wake up smiling, go to bed smiling and I am usually happy throughout the day. Now, merely having post its won’t help. But you do have to look at them and get that thinking into your head. And once you do, you will SMILE more :) I guarantee.
